The primary investment objective of the Truffle Flexible Fund is to maximize returns over the longer term at the risk of greater short term volatility of capital values.

The investment manager has substantial flexibility to vary the asset allocation in such a manner as he deems appropriate.

The portfolio may also include participatory interest or any other form of participatory interest in collective investment schemes or other similar schemes. The Manager will be permitted to invest on behalf of the Truffle Flexible Fund in offshore investments as legislation permits.
