Global REITsoped Rental Index Net TR, USD; Global REIT(as per EPRA / NA REIT Developed Rental Index Net TR, USD;"Benchmark" closed the month up 2.7% in US (+1.3% in ZAR), under performing global equities, which were up by 3.2%, but out performing global bonds, which saw an increase of 0.4%.By region, Australian and European REITs generated the best performance, returning +10.7 % and +8.7%, respectively.
