The investment objective is to provide a medium whereby investors can obtain undivided participation in a diversified portfolio of money market instruments and assets in liquid form.

Investments in foreign securities not allowed.

May not include equity securities, real estate securities or cumulative preference shares.
Invest in money market instruments with a maturity of less than thirteen months.
The average duration of the underlying assets may not exceed 90 days and a weighted average legal maturity of 120 days.
