The objective of the Fund is to offer a low risk liquid investment in assets consistent with principles of capital preservation for Investors seeking protection from equity and bond market volatility. The Fund will aim to offer investors with a better after tax yield than a money market or pure income unit trust while maintaining liquidity. The fund will aim to deliver a competitive after tax return with capital gains being of an incidental nature.

The fund will conform to limits and constraints as determined by the ASISA Fund Classification Standard and CISCA. The manager reserves the right to close the portfolio to new investors.
