In order to achieve its objective, the investments normally to be included In Alusi Managed Fund of Funds will, apart from assets in liquid form, consist solely of participatory interests in portfolios of collective investment schemes investing in securities, property shares, property related securities, non-equity securities and money market instruments. The underlying portfolios of collective investment schemes will be registered in South Africa or other similar schemes operating in territories with a
regulatory environment which is to the satisfaction of the manager and the trustee of a sufficient standard to provIde investor protection at least equivalent to that in South Africa and which is consistent with the portfolio's primary objective. The composition of the portfolio shall reflect the investment structure of a retirement fund.

The Alusi Conservative Balanced Fund of Funds will change it's name to Alusi Managed Fund of Funds, effective from 05 April 2012. The fund lost its history.

The Alusi Managed Fund of Funds changed from the Domestic--Asset Allocation--Prudential Low Equity to the Domestic--Asset Allocation--Prudential Variable Equity and lost its history.
