The Sesfikile Boutique Collective Investments Property Fund is a portfolio which aims to deliver both a high income yield as well as capital growth over the medium to long term. Our objective is to deliver total returns (consisting of income and capital) that outperform the FTSE/JSE Listed Property index ("SAPY Index") over a 3 to 5 year investment horizon.
