The objective of the Ninety One Global Environment Feeder Fund is to provide total returns comprised of capital growth and income. The Portfolio is a feeder fund which apart from assets in liquid form, invests solely in the participatory interests of the Ninety One Global Environment Fund ("Master Fund"), a sub-fund in the Ninety One Global Strategy Fund, an Undertaking for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities ("UCITS") domiciled in Luxemburg, which in turn invests primarily in global equity securities.
